When perimenopause hit, I felt like I was falling apart—physically drained, mentally foggy, and completely disconnected from myself. I kept trying to push through with workouts and diets that weren’t designed for what my body was going through. Nothing worked—until I learned how to support my mind, body, and hormones in a way that actually fit my life.
